Fred Cartmill grew up in Austin, TX where he attended local schools. After studying at The University of Texas, he landed in the shoe business managing multiple stores. In 2013, Fred launched FJC Personnel LLC in Round Rock and the company has become known for its outstanding customer service and ability to fill difficult jobs.

Zoe Ann worked with Fred at an Austin staffing company several years ago and was honored to join him as VP of Operations at FJC. She holds a Journalism degree from The University of Texas. Justin graduated from Stony Point High School in Round Rock before earning a business degree from Southwestern University. Justin started his career working with The Art Institute of Austin and moved into personnel staffing as soon as he could.

Jeremy is a full-time student majoring in anthropology and secondary education with a minor in history. For Ambassadors, Jeremy handles business to business sales, staff interviews, client management, data entry, and somewhat infrequently, technical writing.

Danielle graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in May 2016 with her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Advertising/Public Relations, and Mass Media Studies as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She is the PR and Marketing Specialist for Ambassador Services.

Jorge BenavideaService Supervisor
Jorge attended a French-immersion school where he became fluent in French to go with his English and Spanish language skills – making him tri-lingual. He has also earned an associate’s degree from Siast Wascana Community College. Jorge has experience in several industries as a supervisor.
